About You
* Inspirational leadership skills.
* Passion for person-centred care.
* Successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.
* Excellent organisational and management skills.
* Care home management, marketing and occupancy experience.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines.
* Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
* Experience creating strong links within the local community.
* Proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector, running a commercially successful, Good or Outstanding rated care home, complemented by compassion and resilience.
