Associate Masterplanner – Wakefield, West Yorkshire

? Employee-owned multidisciplinary practice

We’re working with a leading practice on a design-led Associate Masterplanner role. You’ll work on major strategic masterplans, new towns, and regeneration projects - all grounded in strong narrative and people-first design thinking.

Perfect for a Senior Urban Designer or Masterplanner ready to step up into more leadership and client exposure.

What you’ll be doing:

?️ Leading complex masterplans from concept to planning

? Client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and site visits

? Producing reports, design codes, visions, DAS, and feasibility studies

? Coordinating teams + supporting junior staff

? Getting involved in studio-wide BD and design strategy

What you’ll need:

️ 5+ years in urban design/masterplanning

️ Strong narrative-led design thinking

️ Degree in Urban Design, Planning, or Architecture
