The Role
* Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum.
* Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to raising achievement and supporting student success.
