Our client in the construction industry are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Administration & Finance Support professional to join our team in Lewes. This is a unique opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career — or someone with existing experience — who is keen to grow within Sales, Finance, or Business Operations. In this multifaceted role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and Sales team for 2–3 days per week, supporting critical financial and sales functions. The remainder of your time will be spent assisting the Business Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks that help run the business smoothly. This is a fully office-based position and offers a great foundation for someone looking to develop a long-term career across several key business disciplines.
