Precision Field Service Engineer
* Based within 1 hour of Nottingham
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (primarily South), as well as Ireland and parts of Europe
* Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of advanced industrial equipment and associated systems
* Delivering high-quality customer training on equipment operation and maintenance
* Carrying out rigorous fault finding using first-principles approaches to achieve first-time fixes
* Actively contributing to knowledge sharing across the engineering team to improve overall service capability
* Supporting customers with spare parts identification and explaining technical requirements where needed
* Promoting and recommending service agreements, clearly communicating their value to customers
* Reporting customer feedback and service outcomes back to internal teams
* Working to key performance metrics such as service quality and customer satisfaction
* Supporting wider regional operations with installations and breakdowns when required
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, with strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to diagnose and solve problems using first principles
* Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service
* Minimum of 3 years' experience installing and servicing industrial equipment
* Electrically biased (approx. 60%) with solid mechanical understanding (40%)
* Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
* Full, clean driving licence
