Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located at our dog friendly studio in central Brighton. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Key duties include calendar management, booking travel and conference attendance, handling office equipment, overseeing administrative procedures, liaising with suppliers, facilities and H&S management and ensuring a safe, fun and productive work environment. The Office Manager will report to the studio engagement manager and when needed also support the studio director.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Communication and organisation
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
* Proficiency with Office Equipment and related technologies
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
* Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
