Your Role:
Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with SEN
Support personal, social, and emotional development in a secondary school environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external specialists to support student progress
Create a safe, inclusive classroom that promotes positive behaviour and independence
Contribute to students’ overall personal development and readiness for the next stages of education or life
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in primary education or special education
Experience working with students with SEN, especially around social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Passion for inclusive education and supporting young people's personal growth
Excellent communication, behaviour management, and teamwork skills
A DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
