Following a successful funding round, we are gearing up for rapid product development and business expansion.


role overview:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Product Owner to lead and evolve our product management function. This role will be important in helping to shape our product vision, managing development processes, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.


what you will be responsible for:

* Act as the product owner for fan3’s full suite of products, currently overseen by the CTO.
* Organize, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in Jira with the help of the CTO.
* Translate business requirements set out by the leadership team into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering deliverables.
* Help the CEO and CTO to define, refine, and evolve the product strategy and roadmap.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and execution.
* Gather and analyze user feedback and market trends to enhance product offerings.
* Support customer acquisition efforts by helping onboard new artists and improving their experience with our platform.
* Act as a bridge between artists, fans, and technology, ensuring the product meets industry and user needs.
* Conduct hands-on QA testing to uphold product quality and reliability.


what you will have done before:

* Proven experience as a Product Owner, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
* Understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and their applications in the entertainment industry.
* Experience managing product backlogs and workflows in Jira.
* Detail oriented, with a high aptitude for writing clear user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
* Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from user data and market research.
* Experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
* Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in QA and troubleshooting.
* Passion for music, entertainment, and emerging technologies.
