As a seasoned audit professional, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a major point of contact within the firm, working closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at senior levels, being a principal point of contact throughout the year.
- Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities with new audit entities, and inform senior management as appropriate.
- Participate in office marketing events, keeping abreast of the wide range of services offered by the firm.
- Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate employees, participating in graduate recruitment and ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed on time.
Requirements:
- ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Previous experience of managing people and leading teams.
- Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance, including anti-money laundering.
- Experience of systems/controls testing as well as substantive auditing, including consolidations, group audits, statutory accounts, and disclosures.
- Project Management experience.
