Job Description
3. Chase outstanding debts and make regular customer calls
4. Manage and review customer credit limits
5. Set up new accounts and carry out credit checks
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
7. Reduce aged debt and keep the ledger clean and controlled
8. Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice or payment queries
9. Work towards agreed credit control targets
10. Contribute positively to a high-performance team culture
The Successful Applicant
11. Experienced in credit control within an SME or similar environment
12. Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
13. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
14. Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data
15. Tenacious, proactive and able to manage queries to resolution
16. Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively
17. Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment
