Your role: We have an exciting opportunity to join the HR Pension team as a HR Support Assistant. Within this role you will provide administrative support across several Pension Schemes. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. As an integral member of the HR & OD team, you will work closely with the HR Employment Service Centre, HR Systems Team and other council departments and partner organisations including schools. You will also be required to work across all areas of the HR Employment Services dependent on current project requirements. About you: You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting reoccurring deadlines with ease. Your outstanding customer service skills will ensure you support colleagues and managers across the organisation to provide a seamless service. You must be accurate with attention to detail and have the ability to analyse problems. The desire to identify improvements to processes would be advantageous to this role. The team operatives in a fast-paced environment with clear expectations and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
