Overview
The Support Worker will support vulnerable adults in their own homes providing support to individuals in a person centred way which includes various activities i.e. shopping, cooking, assisting with personal care and administering medication.
What you will do
Support individuals to live independently by carrying out person-centred activities and requiring good record keeping and communication to ensure effective teamwork and to meet people’s needs. You will need to maintain care and support skills as detailed within the individual care plans and risk assessments.
Requirements and qualifications
Ideally you will have previous experience working within a residential care or supported living setting with vulnerable people and hold NVQ Level 2 in care or an equivalent qualification. However, applications from candidates with no experience who can demonstrate the caring qualities and values that we seek in our staff are welcome.

We are looking for Support Workers to join our supported living services in the West Midlands in Walsall.
