At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent – Estate Agent to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Scunthorpe.
OTE- £34k - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
A quick look at the role
In this role you will be winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients and customers, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will also be maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent
7. Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator
8. Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
9. Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
10. Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
13. Full UK driving licence
