Recruitment and Resourcing Manager - Infrastructure

Job Description
You will be involved in delivering:
* Expert Witness services by assisting delay experts in producing delay reports for adjudication, litigation and other dispute resolution.
* Recovery service by assisting contract and commercial specialists in providing strategic advice to clients whose projects and major programmes are in commercial distress.
Responsibilities
Successful applicants will work as part of a team conducting detailed construction project analysis in the UK and internationally. The role requires:
* A forensic and exploratory mindset.
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry, contracts and law.
* A commitment to transparency and collaboration.
* Ability to work independently where required and adapt to others’ working methods.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of relevant construction and engineering industry experience.
* A construction‑related degree qualification and/or legal qualification.
* Experience leading the pursuit of claims across the supply chain and negotiating successful resolutions.
* Ability to understand and articulate client requirements and desired outcomes.
* Skill in critically analysing project and programme performance, identifying root causes of distress.
* Ability to develop contract and commercial strategies to recover performance of distressed projects or programmes in line with client outcomes.
* Effective stakeholder management, including chairing meetings with clients and advisors.
* Review and assess project records to establish delays related to claims and/or disputes.
* Provide strategic advice on proceeding with or amending the basis of claims.
* Assist in drafting detailed expert witness reports for formal dispute resolution proceedings.
* Stay abreast of developments within your technical area of expertise.
* Provide direction to staff on specific tasks and support client and consultant interfaces throughout project stages.
* Act as an ambassador championing Turner & Townsend’s Contract Services in the industry.
