Are you wanting to be apart of a leading provider of high-quality agricultural and construction machinery in Northern Ireland? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Machinery Sales Manager to join our team and oversee both internal and external within machinery sales. If you are passionate about the agricultural and construction industry, this is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for agricultural and construction machinery across Northern Ireland
2. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure they meet individual and collective sales goals.
3. Identify and explore new sales opportunities to expand market presence.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients in the agricultural and construction sectors
5. Possess an in-depth understanding of our machinery product range and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
6. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
7. Manage both internal (showroom) and external (field) sales activities.
Qualifications:
8. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the agricultural or construction machinery sector.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
10. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
11. A deep understanding of agricultural and construction machinery products.
12. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
13. Knowledge of Northern Ireland's agricultural and construction industries is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
14. Competitive salary in the range of £25, - £35, per annum.
15. Strong Commision scheme.
16. Company car provided for business use.
