My client is a main contractor based in the city of London, currently working on an exciting new project. They are looking for an Information Manager to join their team.
The position is available to start immediately. Applicants MUST have ASITE experience and have worked in the construction industry.
Required experience includes:
1. 3-5 years within the construction industry
2. Experience with document systems
The responsibilities include:
* Maintaining document control filing and archiving in line with company procedures
* Checking document validity according to the Document Numbering System
* Recording documents in the company database, organizing dispatch, and collecting comments
* Providing full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating information, and managing diaries
* Providing administrative support to the team and department as needed
* Liaising with other companies and sites
* Performing various other daily duties
