Head of Sales – Legal Tech

Up to £150,000 base | £300,000 OTE
We’re working with a well-established legal technology company with a strong and loyal customer base, now entering an exciting phase of commercial growth.
As the business continues to scale, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, driving customer growth, retention, and expansion across the legal sector.
This is a senior, strategic leadership role with real influence — ideal for someone who thrives in building and leading GTM teams, shaping sales strategy, and maximising value from an existing client base.
The Opportunity
As Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of the commercial function, with responsibility for revenue growth across an established portfolio of legal and professional services clients.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and execute GTM strategy, while coaching and developing your Account Management team to consistently deliver against growth and retention targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategy with execution.
