Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-established business in Bradford with the recruitment of a Service Planner to join their busy operations team.
This is a fully office-based role within a modern open-plan office, supporting remote field engineers across the Yorkshire region.
The position will involve coordinating engineer schedules and managing breakdown and service jobs from start to finish, including:
* Booking and coordinating engineers
* Organising and requesting parts
* Monitoring job progress and completion
* Managing job sheets and system updates
* Ensuring SLA targets are achieved
* Prioritising reactive breakdowns and urgent workloads
You’ll work closely alongside another planner in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This role would suit someone with experience in:
* Service planning
* Scheduling
* Logistics coordination
* Reactive customer operations
