General Description:
To arrange, schedule, and manage electrical testing & inspection works in residential and communal properties using the company workflow system. Responsibilities include scheduling testing & inspection appointments for engineers, booking appointments with residents and site staff to gain access to properties, uploading asbestos reports onto works orders, and updating spreadsheets and client portals regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
* Input jobs into the company workflow management system
* Update job workflows on the management system
* Book appointments with residents
* Schedule and reschedule appointments for engineers, prioritizing urgent jobs
* Upload asbestos reports onto works orders daily
* Interpret engineers' technical notes
* Update spreadsheets, overdue reports, and client portals
* Arrange parking for engineers as needed
* Provide excellent customer service
* Participate in training and performance improvement programs
* Liaise with office staff and supervisors to resolve queries
* Support business changes for the company's benefit
* Adhere to KPIs set by the company
* Perform any additional duties reasonably instructed by line managers or directors
