Responsibilities
* Provide support to existing tenant/resident groups
* Encourage new groups to form
* Facilitate focus groups
* Support the Tenant Forum
* Encourage tenant involvement in scrutiny of services
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in customer service and client relations
* Knowledge of the housing business
* Passion to improve services
* Share and demonstrate values of empowerment, respect, integrity, and adaptability
* Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
* Experience in stakeholder participation, consultation methods, and customer insight techniques
* Experience coordinating and managing a range of meetings and events
