What you’ll be doing Can’t stop, won’t stop. We’re looking for someone to kick our growth into the next gear. Since Pip launched Pip & Nut 10 years ago, we’ve gone from being stocked in one shop to every supermarket in the UK. We now make up over 15% of the UK nut butter category & have been the No.1 Nut Butter brand for the last 12 weeks. With over 270,000 online fans & an army of utterly obsessed nut butter lovers, we are looking for a Head of Growth/Digital to take our online channels to the next level. Reporting directly to Pip (our Founder, CEO & Chief Squirrel), you’ll be responsible for the full digital P&L & all aspects of our digital presence (including DTC & Amazon). You’ll be focused on delivering our digital strategy & driving growth across your channels. With a beady-eye for analytics, you’ll own & optimise our webshop, ramping up our performance on paid channels & looking at customer lifecycles to boost UX & conversion rate across the board. In a nutshell, you’ll be: Getting stuff done - from top to tail. You’ll own our DTC growth strategy at every point of the funnel: from acquisition & conversion to retention & lifetime value tactics (LTV). You’ll optimise our end-to-end online shopping experience to drive revenue. A performance marketing pro. You’ll oversee our paid media channels, including search & display and social. You’ll plan, execute & optimise campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google, with a focus on maximising ROI and managing the full ad spend budget. An emails expert. You’ll lead our email marketing strategy, building flows & automations to improve retention, drive repeat purchase, and boost customer loyalty. This includes managing segmentation & creating personalised, engaging campaigns. Amazon Strategy : Develop & execute a comprehensive strategy for the Amazon channel, including product listings, content, advertising & inventory management to grow sales and market share. Making sure our subscribers stick around: Executing tactics that reduce churn & increase the LTV of subscription customers. Exploring new channels. You’ll check out new growth opportunities, like direct mail and influencer marketing, which helps us scale while keeping a reasonable customer acquisition cost (CAC). Converting new customers (aka CRO). You’ll work with external agencies to brief & test new landing page concepts and site experiences that will improve our conversion rate. Getting nerdy with the numbers. Making sure all growth decisions are informed by customer insights & analytics. You’ll set & manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and bring regular reports on digital performance to our leadership team. A collaborator. Working with our Operations & Product teams to guarantee a seamless end-to-end customer experience. Keeping track & looking ahead: Driving revenue growth & optimising profitability through effective trading strategies, P&L management, forecasting & budgeting. Things we’re looking for (skills & credentials): An e-comm expert: This is a senior, strategic & executional role. It will suit someone with lots of experience in a DTC growth role, ideally within a fast-paced brand with many digital channels. A paws-on performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling paid channels like Meta, Google Ads & TikTok, all while managing significant ad spend. DTC dynamism. We’re looking for someone with e-commerce platform experience (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) & a good grasp of the Amazon ecosystem, including advertising & storefront management. A Growth Guru. You’re a master of the full toolkit. From buying the media to charming our customers with CRM, you know how to turn clicks into loyal fans and keep them coming back for more. A Data Detective. You’ve got a beady eye for the numbers and a love for digging into the data. You’re the one who can spot the trends, translate the insights, and tell us exactly what to track (and how to make it better!). Commercially Savvy. You’ve got a sharp instinct for what makes a business grow profitably. You’re comfortable managing a digital P&L & know that it’s all about making every nut count (thinking in CAC:LTV, not just clicks and CPMs). A Super Connector. You’re a natural leader who can rally the squirrels! You know how to get everyone excited about a plan, influence key players, and motivate the team to do amazing things. Hold UP.
