We offer a basic salary between £38,800 and £48,800 depending on skills and experience, plus an over‑performance bonus, £1,000 sign‑on bonus in month 1 and another £1,000 in month 13. We are currently trialing a schedule that closes on Saturday and Sunday to allow you time to recharge.
Qualifications
* Relevant formal qualification in automotive: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
* Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Own set of tools
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience working on Mercedes Benz is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities
* Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair on Mercedes Benz models.
* Use your own tools and company equipment to conduct quality workmanship and first‑time fixes.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical work, parts changes and cost.
* Work collaboratively with the service team to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
* Adhere to safety, quality and environmental standards.
