We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to oversee culinary operations across two established hospitality and events venues in East Yorkshire.
This role offers exposure to events, banqueting, corporate hospitality, conferences, premium dining and large-scale catering operations.
Working across two busy venues, you will lead kitchen teams delivering exceptional food experiences across a diverse calendar of hospitality and event-led business. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety, leadership and the challenge of delivering at scale.
Reporting to the Regional Executive Chef, you will play a key role in shaping the food offering, developing teams and driving standards across both operations.
Lead culinary operations across two established hospitality and events venues
Develop innovative seasonal menus across multiple outlets and service styles
Deliver exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
Manage, motivate and develop kitchen teams, including casual and event chefs
Drive food cost, labour cost and stock control performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and allergen legislation
