Our client is an award-winning housing developer who are looking to recruit a Technical Co-ordinator for their busy Manchester office.
This exciting opportunity for you to join their Technical Team and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our external consultant team through all stages of project procurement.
This includes Land & Planning, Commercial, Production, Sales, and Adoptions.
You'll actively support the Project team and ensure smooth project execution whilst gaining valuable experience on real-world projects.

You Will Gain Experience In:
Land, Planning & Community Engagement
* Manage community consultations and planning applications.
* Negotiate planning agreements and clear planning conditions.
* Oversee design and approval processes for new developments.
Pre-Development Management
* Prepare for and attend key project meetings.
* Coordinate design tenders and maintain design programmes.
* Secure Building Regulations Approvals and manage supplier information.
Development Management
* Coordinate with the Engineering team to meet all approval standards.
* Stay updated on legislation and provide feedback on product designs.
* Assist the production team and manage design documentation.
* Monitor construction progress and resolve issues for timely completion
