Salary:£18.66 per hour
Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace manufacturer, who are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Technician to join their team.
Job Duties:
* Set, operate and program CNC milling machines
* Read and work from engineering drawings
* Work to tight tolerances
* Provide technical support to team leader/supervisor
* Continuous improvement activities
* Carry out self inspection on complex components
* Use a variety of measuring equipment (verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadow graphs)
Job Requirements:
* Apprentice training or 5 years' experience
* Aerospace experience
* Engineering/Machining qualifications
* CNC programming xsngvjr experience
* Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Mazak
Salary & Shift:
* £18.66 per hour
* Monday to Thursday, 6am - 2pm & Friday, 6am - 1pm
