Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive – 3-8 years PQE + £45 – 65K dep on PQE, Kent/SE London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful Employment Department in one of our key clients, an established leading law firm in Kent.
They are looking for a driven Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE who is seeking a fresh challenge in a collaborative, supportive environment. You will be professional, client-focused, and a true team player.
About the Role:
You will advise both employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters, including tribunals, litigation, TUPE, mediation, policies, and Settlement Agreements.
You will also contribute to business development and play a key role in their dynamic, partner-led team.
