We're recruiting for a consultative sales role where you'll support inbound enquiries within a solution-based sales environment. You'll engage with businesses seeking support with steel and aluminium frame construction projects, gaining an understanding of their requirements and preparing quotations to support their project needs. What You'll Be Doing As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll join a close-knit business where you'll generate sales by converting customer enquiries. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and specifications, supporting them with tailored solutions for their projects, which may include steel and aluminium framed buildings. In a nutshell, you will: Convert incoming enquiries into sales using a consultative approach Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers Identify opportunities to maximise sales and business growth Prepare quotations and support customers with bespoke project solutions What You'll Need B2B sales or Business Development experience (construction or manufacturing experience would be a bonus) The ability to build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships Strong attention to detail and confidence working with technical specifications Other Information Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 commission (OTE circa £15k) Office based: Stoke-on-Trent Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 1 day per week working from home following probation This role would suit a business development executive, sales executive, sales consultant or sales account manager with a technical eye and experience or exposure to the construction, fabrication or manufacturing industry.
