About the role
We’re looking for Mobile Technicians to join our team, carrying out repairs and replacements across a variety of vehicles. At Auto Windscreens, we do more than fix glass – we get our customers back on the road and feeling safe again. What you'll be doing
* Repairing and replacing vehicle glass on everything from everyday cars to classics, vans, and high‑end vehicles
* Delivering outstanding customer service at every job
* Working independently while staying connected with your regional team
* Spotting opportunities to improve our service and sharing feedback
* Continuously building your skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* An interest or experience with automotive or mechanical is a bonus – but not essential
* Great communication and people skills
* A positive, can‑do attitude and pride in your work
* Willingness to learn and build a long‑term career
* A full UK driving licence
