Overview: Join a busy Glasgow team as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, managing a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You’ll guide clients through purchases, sales, transfers of title, remortgages, working in a supportive environment with helpful paralegal assistance and modern systems.
Experience
* Scottish qualified solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Experience handling transactions end-to-end, including drafting, due diligence and settlement
Skills
* Attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills and a client-centred manner
* Comfortable working independently while contributing to team aims
* Good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
