1. Proven experience leading and managing technical teams, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
2. Strong knowledge of IT service management and best practices for IT operations.
3. Demonstrable experience of learning technical skills – while you do not need to be a Unix expert, you will be working with and supporting those who are.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and IT service operations.
5. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
