About the role
Pay Details: Grade 6 (SCP 14-19) £28,624 -£31,067 (pay award pending)
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours flexible working (part time/job share applications will be considered)
Main Place of Work: The team works from a main office base in Cardiff, along with hybrid working, but has a Wales-wide remit.
Contract Type: Permanent
Duties will include:
* Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy for Stop Loan Sharks Wales and the wider Shared Regulatory Service.
* Lead and enhance social media presence by creating engaging content for established and emerging platforms.
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate impactful communications campaigns to both internal and external audiences.
* Promote Stop Loan Sharks Wales through social media campaigns, news articles, and collaborations with partner agencies.
* Assist with developing and delivering effective communication plans for public engagement activities.
* Manage media enquiries and build relationships with journalists.
* Research and write blogs, influencer content, and website material.
* Utilise digital marketing metrics and analytics to optimize messaging and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, including the Council’s Welsh Language responsibilities and Equal Opportunity Policy.
