Qualifications
* Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children Residential Services.
* Minimum 18 months experience working in a Children’s Ofsted Residential setting.
* Level 4 Diploma enrollment after employment begins.
Pay Structure
* Level 3 Diploma – £14.50 per hour.
* Level 4 Diploma – £15.00 per hour.
Full‑time with shift pattern 2 on, 3 off. Competitive rates and sleep in pay £60 per night!
Duties
* Taking point on shift and leading by example.
* Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
* Training up new members of staff.
* Participating in on‑call rota and taking out‑of‑hours calls when required.
* Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
* Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
* Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
* Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
