About Us:
Berkeley Scott premier provider of hospitality staff across the entire North of England. Based in Leeds, we supply top-notch baristas, bartenders, servers, and more to a variety of clients, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and events.
As a Barista at Berkeley scott, you will be responsible for creating exceptional coffee experiences for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a number of locations around leeds, from urban cafes to hotel lounges. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and skilled baristas to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages to a high standard.
– Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
– Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
– Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
– Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
– Previous experience as a barista
– Strong knowledge of coffee brewing equipment.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– A passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail.
