Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced glass technician to join our growing team of skilled glass technicians. This role offers the chance to develop and grow within a company known for delivering unique, exciting, and often challenging projects in the UK and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
* Studio production including cutting and carrying glass, preparing kilns for lamination or warm glass firings, and prepping stencils for etching, silvering, polishing, and gilding.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Educated in glass working or experience within a decorative glass studio
* Strong communication and numeracy skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Calm and focused approach to work
* Basic IT proficiency including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Practical experience in one or more disciplines: etching, silvering, lamination, kiln forming, polishing, or gilding
