Campaigns Adviser
Fixed Term (12 months), Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £36,661 to £43,132 per annum
Location: Chelmsford*

*Please note this is a hybrid-working role, with a requirement to work in the Chelmsford office 1 day per week on average, depending on business need.
This opportunity will be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment.
The Campaigns Adviser will develop and deliver a range of corporate campaigns aligned with organisational priorities and commitments. They will create robust communication and marketing strategies, lead the delivery, and evaluate activities.
The role requires an understanding of insights and data at every stage of planning, creation, amplification, engagement, and evaluation. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the role demands strong communication skills and experience in multichannel marketing, including digital marketing, social media, and PR. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure is beneficial.
About you
* Educated to degree level or equivalent by experience.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development and expert knowledge in relevant areas.
* Strong project management skills and experience in multidisciplinary and cross-functional working.
* Experience in communications and marketing campaigns, ideally in the public sector.
* Understanding of agile working methodologies.
* Experience working in a political environment, with skills in understanding and responding to different perspectives (desirable).
* Proven experience in a Communications and Marketing advisory/consultancy role.
