We are now seeking an experienced Contract Director to lead our operations division and drive performance across key contracts.
The Role:
As Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across the division.
* Overseeing new contract mobilisations from tender to delivery.
* Managing P&L and ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
* Leading, coaching, and mentoring a large team of operational managers and supervisors.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.
* Driving process improvements and aligning operational activities with company strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in service delivery and managing large, remote teams.
* Strong P&L management experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with leadership, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
* Ability to drive change and implement process improvements.
