£25-35k DOE plus £8-10k bonus on average • Maidstone • Permanent/Full Time • Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 1 in 2 Saturdays
Details
* Our client, a prestige Motor Trade main dealer group in the Maidstone area, is on the lookout for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
* Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
* Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
* Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
Qualifications
* Level 2/3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
* Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer.
* MOT Tester experience would be advantageous.
* Strong communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
