City Dermatology Clinic is a fast-growing private dermatology and minor-surgery clinic in the heart of London. We're looking for a full-time Practice Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and support our expanding team.
This role is ideal for someone with management experience in hospitality or healthcare who thrives in a busy environment and wants to grow their career in private healthcare. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
What you'll do
* Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff.
* Manage and support the front-of-house and healthcare assistant teams, including rotas, performance, and training.
* Work closely with clinicians and directors to optimise schedules and improve efficiency.
* Support compliance and regulatory processes, including CQC requirements.
* Monitor stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and handle basic financial admin such as invoicing and cost tracking.
* Assist the marketing and operations teams with projects that drive growth.

What we're looking for
* Proven management or supervisory experience, in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.
* Highly organised, confident, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* A natural people person, able to lead a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
* A problem-solver with a hands-on approach to challenges.
* Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work shifts between 8am–8pm, including some Saturdays.
