Job Description We’re on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high-performing sales team. What you’ll do… Develop and implement strategic commercial plans, in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue, to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments. You'll constantly monitor results, adjusting strategies and activities to ensure objectives and targets are consistently met. Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a highly proactive and high-performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives. Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads, as well as fostering strong connections with the wider global sales team. Provide invaluable local market knowledge to help us stay ahead of the competition and spot new opportunities. Collaborate with key teams ensuring essential information and insights are shared, building strong relationships to ensure everyone is effectively working together to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities while ensuring we maximise our market share.
