We are looking for a HRBP to join us, to contribute to the achievement of business objectives and the overall people strategy.
We are a busy and fast paced department with no two days being the same. You will be a central figure in a talented team based in Fulwood, Preston and will work both office based and remote/hybrid working. We continually look for ways to develop and improve our HR support and delivery and you will lead on Employee Relation issues and business partner with managers on all ER Matters.
Main role and responsibilities:
1. Operate as a Business Partner for key stakeholders across the Group
2. Lead on the development of HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and culture
3. Manage HR projects
4. Implement new people strategies
5. Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximise employee engagement and experience
6. Implement effective performance and talent management initiatives
