Ivy Resource Group is seeking a capable and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a busy and growing team delivering projects which include petrol stations, EV hubs, and retail fit-outs valued between £250k and £2m. This is a permanent role offering £40,000 - £55,000 plus benefits, ideal for someone who has moved beyond assistant level and has been running projects independently for over a year. Key Responsibilities: Measure, manage, and control project costs from inception to completion Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts Liaise with site teams to ensure accurate reporting and cost control Maintain profitability and manage budgets effectively Travel to project sites mainly across London, with occasional nationwide visits Requirements: Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1 1-5 years' experience running projects solo (post-assistant level) Ability to measure and manage all QS duties independently Full UK driving licence and own car Based within 45 minutes of Harrow Ideally with retail fit-out experience Benefits: Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience 23 days holiday bank holidays Hybrid working - up to 2 days per week WFH Varied projects across London and beyond Career progression opportunities This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to join a supportive team and work on diverse, fast-paced projects.
