We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Assistant to play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our clients' day-to-day operations. Role: Operations Assistant
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
What You'll Be Doing:
Processing orders, quotes, invoices, and shipping documents with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels
Ordering materials from international suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries
Supporting the warehouse team with daily operations
Handling customer inquiries with a professional and friendly approach
Managing supplier invoices, returns, and claims seamlessly
Welcoming visitors and managing calls, emails, and admin tasks
Keeping our office well-stocked, while also helping out with company events and reportingWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in office administration or operations support (ideal, but not essential)
Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organisational skills
A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Comfortable juggling tasks and supporting multiple teams across the business
Physically capable of assisting with warehouse duties as needed
