PAY: Up to £14.57 per hour
Duties And Responsibilities of a Controlled Space employee
* Ability to work in a team or individually
* To provide a high standard of customer care
* Carry out pre-event checks of venues
* To ensure an even flow of people entering the venue / event at all times
* To monitor crowds for signs of overcrowding and difficulties in busy areas
* Make yourself aware of on site facilities and be ready for questions from members of the public
* Be ready to investigate any disturbances or incidents
* To respond to emergencies - by raising the alarm and providing necessary and appropriate immediate help and assisting the emergency services as required
Job requirements
* Flexible and willing/available to work at short notice (days, nights, evening and weekends) is essential
* Flexible and professional approach to work is essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills is essential
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is essential
* The ability to handle confrontation – remaining professional at all times is essential
* Taking pride in your appearance as well as representing Controlled Space at all times is essential
* Eligible to work in the UK is essential
* Have a 5 year verifiable work history is essential
You must be aged 18 and above to apply for these roles.
