What the Job Involves This role involves coordinating with the Fleet Operations Manager and workshop supervisor to deliver high-quality repairs for the Council’s vehicle fleet and associated equipment. You will manage Service Level Agreement meetings with internal customers to establish and monitor service standards. You'll be responsible for accurately maintaining records of all Council vehicle and equipment assets in the database. Additionally, you will be the primary contact for workshop and service queries, schedule inspections, services, and MOT appointments, and collaborate with external service providers to ensure alignment of these schedules with workshop availability.
