Base pay range

Do you want to work for an organisation that offers excellent training and support? We also offer 26 days holiday (pro rata for part time positions) and flexible working arrangements including flexitime.

Are you passionate about ensuring people get the right help at the right time? Do you have experience of working with people in emotional distress?

If this sounds like you, you may be the person we are looking for! We are seeking Mental Health Crisis Workers to work in our Crisis Safe Space provisions in Sedgemoor.

The Crisis Safe Space service operates 7 nights per week (5.30 – 11:00pm) in our Sedgemoor premises. We provide a safe, welcoming, comfortable place for people experiencing acute emotional distress to receive the support they need We also work with our Open Mental Health partners to seek further support as required.

* Have experience supporting people with complex needs, including mental health
* Be a great communicator
* Be great at building trust with those you work with
* Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the geography of the area
