Location:Fenham, Newcastle, NE4
Job type:Full time, permanent
Working hours:Core hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday. May be required to undertake spot checks in-line with Registration outside of these hours (40 Hours per week)

About you

Essential criteria i.e., Level 3 in Health & Social Care (if applicable):
* CQC Registration
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or studying towards this.
* Has experience of working at a deputy manager level or above

About The Service
This residential service is an established 4 bed service and a good opportunity for someone to progress into a registered managers role.
We are looking for someone who is responsive and flexible in management style as no two days are the same at Lynnwood. The people that live at Lynnwood are young and energetic and community inclusion is important to them. A good listener to both People We Support and the team, someone who can provide all the key elements of the CQC KLOES requirements our ethos and build on the positive culture that the people we support have come to understand. A personal approach yet professional with all the families and the Stakeholders involved. Someone who is progression and goal focused to be able to assist the people we support to build their skills and achieve their dreams goals and ambitions.
