Lead on occupational therapy quality improvement, service development, and innovation initiatives. Collaborate with team and service leads to advise on occupational therapy needs and contribute to integrated clinical pathway development. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintaining professional standards and continuous professional development. Work closely with adult social care and third-sector providers to deliver safe, effective care. Support OCIT Service Leads with day-to-day service management and contribute to monitoring and evaluation of service effectiveness. Support timely response and investigation of incidents and complaints with the support of the LIT manager, taking forward actions and learning opportunities as required.
