What youll be doing as a Business Development Manager Develop and manage a robust pipeline of profitable new business opportunities. Sell contracted services across commercial sectors within your territory. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Create and deliver strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts. Collaborate with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and local strategies. Act as the key contact for prospective customersbuilding trust and delivering tailored solutions. Lead pricing negotiations and craft bespoke service packages to meet client needs. What our client is looking for Proven success in new business sales, ideally within contracted services. A strong track record of smashing sales targets. Exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable working independently. Full UK Driving Licence.
