Responsibilities
1. Frontline sales person responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the BU within the assigned sales area by acquiring new business and maintaining existing customers.
2. Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/targets.
3. Plan, execute, and report on sales activities in the assigned sales area.
4. Manage a portfolio of customers in the designated area, to execute the sales plan.
5. Systematically screen customer base for new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
6. Collaborate with relevant departments to support sales outcomes.
Experience
* At least 5 years of working experience in B2B sales sector.
* Experience in paint, coatings, oil & gas, chemical, or related industries.
* Technical knowledge in chemical/mechanical fields is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with good presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in English for customer service and communication.
Education
* Relevant Diploma, preferably with a chemical/technical background.
