Eames Consulting are currently supporting a growing Wealth Manager looking to appoint a Compliance Administrator into a growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Promote and support client best-interest outcomes in all work.
* Comply with all policies and procedures.
* Take ownership of individual performance and identify personal development needs.
* Provide administrative support to the Firm & Adviser Supervision Team.
* Assist colleagues and the wider business by sharing knowledge when required.
* Maintain awareness of and comply with all regulatory responsibilities, keeping positive consumer outcomes at the centre of activities.
* Undertake continuous professional development (CPD) to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and relevant OPGL policies.
* Champion and support the delivery of positive client outcomes aligned with the Client Best Interest policy.
* Consistently follow company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a business administration role (financial services experience preferred).
* Confident, methodical, and well organised, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across a range of channels.
